Symptomatic treatment of poisoning

1. By poisonous marine animals with neurological, cardiovascular and gastrointestinal components.

  • Respiratory and cardiovascular monitoring,
  • fluid and electrolyte balance,
  • renal function,
  • state of consciousness.
T  Treatment
  • Endotracheal intubation and artificial respiration,
  • rehydration,
  • vasopressors,
  • anti-arrhythmics.

2. By poisonous marine animals with anaphylactic symptoms, including fish, shellfish and crab allergies


D  Diagnostics

Respiratory and cardiovascular monitoring.

T  Treatment

Treatment of the anaphylactic shock.

3. By poisonous marine animals with acute gastrointestinal symptoms alone

  • Cardiovascular monitoring,
  • fluid and electrolyte balance,
  • renal function,
  • blood cultures.
T  Treatment

Rehydration.
